Processing & Handling Time

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. Specific timelines will be provided at checkout.

• Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Flat-Rate Shipping

We keep it simple with a flat shipping rate on all orders:

• Flat Rate: $800 (Delivered in 2-14 business days)

• LA County: 300$ 

Shipping rates apply per order, regardless of weight or number of items.

Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

• You can track your package on our website or through the carrier’s tracking portal.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging.

• If your package is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and finding a resolution.

Shipping Restrictions

• We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
